How text-based coaching works -

We will have an initial scheduled conversation to set your goals and how we want to work together.

Weekly check-ins - each week, you’ll complete a short email-based check-in sharing how things are going with your goals.

Ongoing message support - you’ll have access to message support during the week, so you’re not doing this alone

Support that fits your life - no calls, no scheduling. You engage when it suits you - early mornings, lunch breaks, or quiet evenings.

Simple Health Reset: support over 6 weeks; $399

Healthy Habits: support over 12 weeks; $749
Both packages also include tools and resources relevant to your goals. These include pantry tips, at home workouts, habit planner, overwhelm reset worksheet, quick and healthy dinner ideas, and a food diary.
