Text-based Health Coaching

Text-based Health Coaching is personalised, one-to-one support delivered without scheduled sessions - designed for women who want to work with a coach and are juggling unpredictable or busy schedules.

This is coaching that meets you where you are, works around your schedule, and adapts as life changes.

​Text-based health coaching is uniquely powerful for those wanting to change unwanted habits or create new habits. Text-based coaching is ideal if you:

  • Have a full schedule and don’t want to add another call

  • Want support that fits around work, family, and life

  • Prefer written conversations you can read and respond to in your own time

  • Feel overwhelmed and want a simple place to start

How text-based coaching works - 

  • We will have an initial scheduled conversation to set your goals and how we want to work together. 

  • Weekly check-ins - each week, you’ll complete a short email-based check-in sharing how things are going with your goals.

  • Ongoing message support - you’ll have access to message support during the week, so you’re not doing this alone

  • Support that fits your life - no calls, no scheduling. You engage when it suits you - early mornings, lunch breaks, or quiet evenings.

Coaching packages

I offer 2 coaching packages:

  1. Simple Health Reset: support over 6 weeks; $399

  2. Healthy Habits: support over 12 weeks; $749

Both packages also include tools and resources relevant to your goals. These include pantry tips, at home workouts, habit planner, overwhelm reset worksheet, quick and healthy dinner ideas, and a food diary.
