Hi! I'm Emma. I’m a certified Health Coach and Metabolic Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer. I work with busy women just like you to create healthy habits in key areas like movement, nutrition, and sleep, so they can feel more energised, focused, and in control - both at work and at home. I take a female-centred approach to health, working with your body not against it.

As a health coach, I’m here to help simplify the process of change. I offer flexible coaching options designed to meet you where you are - mentally, physically, and logistically. No matter how busy your schedule is, we can put your health back in your hands.​

Health coaching
Feel more in control of your health. I support women through one-to-one conversations to make simple, sustainable changes that make a difference to how they feel every day. Whether they are looking to sleep more, feel more energised, lose weight, or find ways to relax, I help them simplify the noise and create lasting habits.

Text-based
Health Coaching
Consistency feels easier when the support fits your pace and your energy. If video calls feel overwhelming, conversations feel rushed, or your schedule already has no room for extra meetings, text-based coaching lets you engage in your own time, without sacrificing depth, insight, or accountability. This option gives you all the benefits of personalised coaching delivered through messaging that feels calm, flexible, and respectful of your life.

At-home
Exercise
Feel stronger, more capable, and proud of your body again. ​I support women to incorporate more movement into their lives. That could be walking to work, getting to the gym, playing with the kids, or simple workouts that can be done at home. I work with women to develop an at home exercise plan that fits with their bodies and fits with their space.
