At-home exercise

Exercise and movement are key to supporting your mental and physical health. The benefits of movement and exercise include reducing stress, weight management, strengthening your heart and bones, boosting mood and energy, and improving sleep.

 

I support women who want more movement and exercise in their lives to do this in a way that is enjoyable and sustainable.

I develop personalised at-home training plans to support women who don’t want to go to the gym, but want to do exercise at home.

While in some cases some basic equipment may be useful, I aim to use every day spaces - your space - to support movement, without any special equipment where possible.

At-home exercise is designed for women who want to:

  • build strength and mobility in a way that feels comfortable

  • improve mood, focus and mental wellbeing through regular movement

  • have a movement plan that works with their body's hormones, cycle and changing energy levels

  • fit movement into their day without needing a gym or travel

I offer support for at home exercise in an 8 week package ($299), which includes:

  • 1x 60 minute consultation and plan development

  • remote support for 8 weeks to help you stay on track and make adjustments where needed (text/email/calls)
