As a health coach, I’m here to help you simplify the process of change. I support busy women just like you to create healthy habits in key areas like movement, nutrition, and sleep, so you can feel more energised, focused, and in control - both at work and at home.

As your health coach, I’ll help you understand your "why" and keep you accountable on your journey to better health. No rigid rules, no "one-size-fits-all" plans - just personalised support that works for you.

My coaching sessions are designed with real people in mind.

The 40 minute sessions mean that you can easily fit these into a coffee or lunch break or a slot after dinner.

All sessions have the option of being online or in-person. For those who want to take advantage of the calming and focusing benefits of nature, or just want to get some steps in, in-person sessions can also be walking sessions.

Coaching packages
I offer 2 coaching packages:

Simple Health Reset: 3x 40 minute sessions over 6 weeks; $399

Healthy Habits: 1x 60 minute deep dive session and 5x 40 minute sessions over 12 weeks; $749
​
Both packages include tools and resources relevant to your goals. These include pantry tips, at home workouts, habit planner, overwhelm reset worksheet, quick and healthy dinner ideas, and a food diary.
​
I also provide some remote support between sessions to help you stay on track.
