How health coaching works
Health coaching is personalised, one-to-one support designed to help you feel better in your body and your life - without adding more pressure to your already full days.
It’s a supportive, collaborative process where we look at what’s really going on for you: your energy, habits, routines, stress, and how you want to feel differently. Together, we create simple, realistic changes that fit your life and help you move forward in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

My approach
I take a whole-person, female-centred approach to health.
That means we look at movement, food, sleep, stress, mindset and lifestyle together - because in real life, everything is connected. It also means your coaching respects your hormones, menstrual cycle, energy levels and life stage, instead of expecting you to show up the same way every day.
Some weeks you might focus on eating better. Other weeks it might be moving more, sleeping more, managing stress, or simply learning how to put yourself back on the list. We adjust as your life and needs change. This is health that works with your body, not against it.

How we work together
There’s no one-size-fits-all way to be supported. Some women want regular conversations and structured sessions. Others prefer flexible, ongoing support they can access when life is busy. That’s why I offer different coaching options, all built around the same philosophy - simple, personalised support that fits into your real life.

Conversation-based
Health Coaching
I support women through one-to-one conversations to make simple, sustainable changes that make a difference to how they feel every day. Whether they are looking to sleep more, feel more energised, lose weight, or find ways to relax, I help them simplify the noise and create lasting habits.

Text-based
Health Coaching
Sometimes in person appointments are hard to schedule and to keep, especially when juggling work or family responsibilities. I offer text-based coaching to support those who need flexible support. Text-based coaching gives you all the benefits of coaching, in a way that fits with you busy life. It is uniquely powerful for habit change.

At-home
Movement
I support women to incorporate more movement into their lives. That could be walking to work, getting to the gym, playing with the kids, or simple workouts that can be done at home. I work with women to develop an at-home exercise plan that fits with their bodies and fits with their space.
