Health Coaching
Recognising that people have different preferences and different commitments, I offer health coaching in two different formats.
Whether you prefer the structure of regular sessions or the flexibility of support that fits around your day, the coaching itself is the same, personalised, female-centred, and built around what actually matters for you.
Both formats include the same packages and the same resources. The only difference is how we connect.
One-to-one Health Coaching
For women who want structure, a thinking partner, and dedicated time for themselves
Sometimes what you need most is someone to talk it through with. A real conversation where you're not being judged, not being given a generic plan, and not being told what you already know, but instead being genuinely listened to and helped to figure out what's going to work for you.
This is one-to-one coaching through regular 40-minute sessions, online or in person. We talk about what's really going on, your energy, your habits, your stress, your sleep, and together we build a simple, realistic plan that moves you forward without overwhelming you. Each session fits into a lunch break or after the kids are in bed.

Coaching at your own pace gives you the benefits of working with a health coach - personalised guidance, accountability, someone in your corner - without the pressure of being on camera, having to talk in the moment, or finding a slot in an already full calendar. You engage when it suits you: early morning, lunch break, quiet evening. You can take your time to think before you respond. There's no performance, no rushing, just steady support at your own pace.
This is particularly powerful for building habits, because the ongoing, low-pressure nature of messaging means support is woven into your everyday life rather than confined to a fortnightly appointment.

Everyday movement coaching
For women who want to move more without going to the gym
Movement doesn't have to mean a gym membership, a class you have to book in advance, or a workout that takes an hour you don't have. For a lot of women, the barrier to exercise isn't motivation - it's logistics. And the best workout is simply the one that actually happens.
I'll work with you to build a simple, realistic exercise plan designed around your body, your home, and your life. That might mean short workouts you can do in your living room, ways to build more movement into your existing day, or support getting back to something you used to love. We start where you are, not where you think you should be.
