I understand that everyone enjoys different types of movement and exercise. Some people thrive in a gym, and others want to get out for a walk and soak in some nature. Maybe you just aren't sure what type of exercise you should be doing. I can help you come up with an exercise plan that works for your goals, your schedule, your space.
To decide if coaching is right for you, lets have a chat about where you are wanting to be, and how I can support you in achieving your goals. This is an opportunity to get to know each other a little, and for you to ask any questions you have.
An introductory conversation would typically be about 30 minutes. There is no obligation to continue after this introductory conversation if you decide that coaching this isn't right for you.
We will use our first session together to dig deeper into what you want to achieve. We will discover what motivates you, and what barriers you might have. We will create a plan that works for you. This will be a longer session, at least 60 minutes, so that we can really take the time to get it right.
We will use our sessions together to talk about particular areas that you want to focus on, check in on progress towards your goals, come up with strategies to help you move forward, discuss any support you need. Individual sessions are tailored to you and your goals. Ongoing sessions will typically be about 50 minutes.
All sessions can be in person, over the phone or online depending on your preference and location.
